1) ORGANIZER AND DURATION OF THE COMPETITION

LIM France, registered in the Périgueux Trade and Companies Register under number 420 738 577, whose headquarters are situated in NONTRON (24300), Bellevue, Chemin Fontaine de Fanny, France, (hereinafter the ‘Organizer’) is organizing a Competition which will be held from 24/06/2024 at 8 pm (hereinafter the ‘Opening date’) to 01/07/2024 at 11.59 pm (hereinafter the ‘Closing date’).

2) COMPETITION PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS

The Competition is open to anyone living in Europe (see countries available on our website) (hereinafter the ‘Participants(s)’).

Minors are allowed to participate in this competition, provided that they have previously obtained authorisation to do so from their parents or their guardian. Their participation implies that they have obtained this permission.

Parental consent implies acceptance of the participation of the minor or the 18-year-old young person, and acceptance that the participant will receive, if applicable, the prize offered in the competition.

Registration is free, with no obligation to buy.

This Competition is not open to members of the Organizer's staff and their families and, more generally, to everyone who has participated in the creation of this Competition.

Participation in the Competition implies full and unreserved acceptance by the Participant of these rules and any amendments to them.

If it appears that a Participant has not complied with the terms of these rules or has provided incomplete or inaccurate, illegible, fraudulent or invalid information, the Organizer may decide to exclude the said Participant and cancel the distribution of the Prize won.

To participate in this Contest, the Participant must complete the designated form available on our social media platforms Instagram on our page @devoucoux_uk or Facebook page @DevoucouxUK.

To enter, it is necessary to have access to the internet and a valid email address throughout the Contest period, to which the Participant can be contacted for the purposes of managing the Contest, and if applicable, until the delivery of any prizes.

To enter the Contest, the Participant must confirm their participation by filling out the participation form with the required fields. The Participant must adhere to all conditions stated on the social media platforms on our Instagram page @devoucoux_uk l or Facebook page @DevoucouxUK to validate their participation.

Incomplete forms or those submitted in a manner other than that specified in this regulation will be deemed invalid.

Participation in the Contest implies full and unconditional acceptance of these regulations by all participants. Failure to comply with these regulations, as well as any fraud or attempted fraud, will result in automatic disqualification of the participation and potential award.

Only forms submitted before 23:59 on 1st july 2024 and meeting the aforementioned participation requirements will be considered in the draw.

Incomplete or illegible forms or those submitted in a manner other than specified in these regulations will be deemed invalid and will not be considered in the draw.

In the event that one or more forms drawn are deemed invalid, one or more additional draws will be conducted to identify a randomly selected Winner whose form is deemed valid.

4) Draw - Winners

The winner will be selected through a random draw, which will take place after 01/07/2024, among participants who have completed all the required actions (see descriptions in the posts).

The winners will be notified directly via social media, email, or telephone using the address or number provided on the form within one week after the closing date on 1st july 2024. Participants who have not won will not be contacted. Winners will have a period of 2 weeks to respond and provide their complete contact details. If a winner does not respond after 3 reminders following the email, they will forfeit their prize and will not be entitled to any compensation, award, or indemnity.

Consequently, Participants expressly authorise the disclosure and publication of their Personal Data on Facebook in accordance with the rules defined in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

5) PRIZES

The winner will receive the following prize: (hereafter "the Prize")

• 1 Chiberta Bridle worth £375;
• 1 Berdea Saddle Pad £120;
• 1 Chiberta Kolibri 5-point Breastplate £305;

The Prize is specifically awarded to the winner and cannot be changed or exchanged.

No discounts, or refunds, even partial, nor any financial compensation may be given as a substitute for the Prize won. The organiser cannot be held responsible for any defects or failures in the prizes. The prizes will be sent directly to the winner at the address they have given to the organizing company. These prizes cannot be exchanged for their cash value or for any other prize.

6) Distribution of prizes

The distribution of the Prizes will occur after the Organizer verifies that the Winners have complied with the terms of these regulations.

The Prizes will be sent to each Winner by mail to the postal address provided in response to contact via Facebook or Instagram message, email, or mobile phone.

If the awarded Prize cannot be delivered to the Winner by the Organizer due to reasons beyond their control, no compensation or financial equivalent will be provided.

7) Responsibility

The Organizer shall not be held responsible for any dysfunction of the Internet preventing the smooth running of the Competition, or for hardware and software failure of any kind preventing participants from taking part in or impacting the smooth running of the Competition.

The Organizer cannot be held responsible for any errors in delivering the Prize, for the loss of the latter during delivery, for its non-receipt or if it deteriorates during transport.

The Organizer cannot be held responsible if, due to an event outside its control (supplier stock shortages, etc.), it is unable to deliver the intended Prizes. In this case, the Organizer reserves the right to replace the Prize with another Prize of the same value.

The Organizer cannot be held responsible for any harmful consequences resulting from any misuse of the Prizes.

The Organizer shall not be held responsible in the event of the cancellation, postponement, extension or total or partial modification of this Competition, whatever the cause.

It is expressly agreed that the Organizer retains the right to cancel, shorten, extend or postpone this Competition at any time for any reason whatsoever.

8) Viewing the competition rules

The rules can be viewed and downloaded free of charge on the DEVOUCOUX website and by writing to LIM France, Bellevue, Chemin Fontaine de Fanny, NONTRON (24300), France.

9) Personal data

The Organizer may, in the context of the Competition, collect personal data about the Participants (hereinafter ‘Personal Data’).

 In accordance with the French General Data Protection Regulation 2016/79 on the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, participants have a right to be informed, to access, object to and rectify the personal information collected as part of this competition by contacting the organizing company by email: dpo@lim-group.com.

All personal data relating to the participants collected by LIM France within the scope of this competition will be kept and will be the subject of automated processing by LIM France to manage and organize the competition and in particular to publish and post the full names of the Winners as well as to create a distribution list to send sales offers.

10) Applicable law– Disputes

These rules are governed by and shall be interpreted in keeping with French law. Any disputes to which the Contract and its appendices may give rise, and/or which may arise as a result or consequence thereof, within the limits authorised by the applicable legal provisions, shall be subject to the sole jurisdiction of the Commercial Court in Périgueux.
