1) ORGANIZER AND DURATION OF THE CONTEST

LIM France, registered in the Périgueux Trade and Companies Register under number 420 738 577, whose registered office is located at NONTRON (24300), Bellevue, chemin Fontaine de Fanny (hereinafter " the Organizer ") is organizing a Contest which will run from 08/04/2024 (hereinafter " opening date ") to 18/04/2024 (hereinafter " closing date").

2) CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION

The Contest is open to persons residing in Europe or North America (see list of countries available directly on our website) (hereinafter " the Participant(s) ").

Minors may take part in this game, provided they have obtained express authorization to do so from their parents or guardian. Their participation implies that they have obtained this authorization.

Parental consent implies acceptance of the participation of the minor or young person aged 18, and acceptance that the participant will receive, if applicable, the prize offered in the competition.

Registration is free, with no obligation to purchase.

The present Contest is not open to members of the Organizer's staff and their families, and more generally to all persons having participated in the elaboration of the present Contest.

Participation in the Contest implies full and unreserved acceptance by the Participant of the present rules and any amendments thereto.

Should it appear that a Participant has not complied with the terms of the present rules or has submitted incomplete, inaccurate, illegible, fraudulent or otherwise invalid information, the Organizer may decide to exclude said Participant and cancel the possible awarding of the Prize won.

3) TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

To take part in this Contest, the Participant must complete the form provided for this purpose, available before the closing date on the devoucoux.com website.

To play, it is necessary to have a valid electronic address (email) for the entire duration of the Contest, to which the Participant may be contacted for the purposes of managing the Contest, and where applicable, until the prize is awarded.

To take part in the Game, the Participant must complete the following steps:

- Validate his/her participation by filling in the participation form with the required fields;

- Start the DEVOUCOUX BOX game and click on the golden ball to win a Devoucoux gift. There are 3 attempts to succeed.

Incomplete forms or forms submitted in a form other than that provided for in these rules will be declared invalid and will not be taken into account when the winner is announced.

Participation in the Game implies full and unreserved acceptance of the present rules. Failure to comply with the aforementioned rules, as well as any fraud or attempted fraud, will result in the automatic cancellation of participation and the possible awarding of prizes.

Only forms submitted before April 18 at 11:59 pm and complying with the aforementioned rules will be taken into account in the draw.

Incomplete or illegible forms, or forms submitted in a form other than that specified in these rules, will be declared invalid and will not be taken into account in the draw.

In the event that one or more forms drawn are declared invalid, one or more additional draws will be made in order to identify a Winner drawn whose form will be declared valid.

Participants may only take part in the Contest once (1) per day, and may only win one (1) Prize per day for the duration of the Contest.

4) Draw - Winners

Everyone who catches the golden ball during the game will win a Devoucoux prize, at the rate of one prize per person per day. Winners will pick up their prize directly via a single-use promotional code on the website. 

The winners will randomly be awarded the following prizes: (hereinafter " the Prize ")

*Codes valid 48 hours from date of acquisition for the "tack" category only on the devoucoux.com website. Codes cannot be combined, while supplies last. Game valid from 08 to 18 April 2024, on our devoucoux.com site, 1 attempt per day. 

The prize awarded is nominative, non-modifiable and non-exchangeable.

No discount, reimbursement, even partial, or financial compensation may be given in lieu of the Prize won.

The Organizer reserves the right to replace any Prize awarded with another of equivalent value.

6) PRIZE-GIVING

The Lots will be awarded after the Organizer has verified that the Winners have complied with the terms of these rules. The Prizes will be sent directly to each Winner in person after their participation in the game.
If the Lot awarded cannot be delivered to the Winner by the Organizer, for reasons beyond its control, no consideration or financial equivalent may be granted.

7) RESPONSIBILITY

The Organizer may not be held liable for any malfunction of the Internet network preventing the proper conduct and/or operation of the Game, or for any technical, hardware or software failure of any kind that prevents or limits the proper conduct of any participation and/or the Game.
The Organizer may not be held liable for any error in the delivery of the Prize, its loss during shipment, its non-receipt or its deterioration during transport.
The Organizer may not be held liable if, due to an event beyond its control (supplier stock shortages, etc.), it is unable to deliver the planned Lots. In this case, the Organizer reserves the right to replace the Lot with another of the same value.
The Organizer may not be held liable for any harmful consequences arising from misuse of the Lots.
The Organizer may not be held liable in the event of cancellation, postponement, extension or total or partial modification of this Contest, for whatever reason.
It is expressly agreed that the Organizer reserves the right to cancel, shorten, extend or postpone the present Contest at any time, for any reason whatsoever.

9)  PERSONAL DATA

The Organizer may, in the context of the Contest Game, be required to collect personal data concerning Participants (hereinafter the " Personal Data.")

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/79 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, Candidates have a right to information, a right of access, a right to object and a right to rectify personal information collected in connection with this Game by contacting the Organizing Company at by email: dpo@lim-group.com.

All the data in personal matter relating to the participants collected by company LIM France within the framework of the game contest will be preserved and will be the subject of an automated treatment by this last with ends of management and organization of the game contest and in particular for the publication and the posting of the names and first names of the Winners like with the constitution of a file of sending of commercial offers.

10) APPLICABLE LAWS - DISPUTES

These rules are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with French law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Contract and its appendices shall, to the extent permitted by applicable law, be submitted to the sole jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Périgueux.
